Happy New Year to all and welcome back to the Edenlife blog. We have been very busy here at Edenlife planning and organising the 2021 calendar year ahead. The summer break provided some well-deserved time off for the Edenlife team who have been working hard over the last 3 years in developing our amazing lifestyle community.
The holiday period saw two more homes go into the build with TR Homes, based out of Maddington the 16-week construction time is well underway. The Ibis and Boobook are our fully featured smaller homes with no compromise on quality at an affordable price starting at $251,950.
The Boobook is a spacious 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom home with a separate living space opening onto the alfresco, perfect for entertaining. This will be the first one-bedroom home at Edenlife which is very exciting for the development and gives potential customers another home to look at.

As the current housing market continues to improve and the confidence of the Western Australian government around Covid-19 management strengthens, Edenlife is starting to receive a greater number of visitors as well as the site holds. Not only are the sites receiving a great amount of interest, but the upcoming Edenlife event schedule is jam-packed full of events for all friends and family to attend.
