Edenlife Australind

Nestled between the Leschenault Estuary and the Brunswick River, Edenlife Australind boasts a beautiful location.

Edenlife Australind is a gated community within the Kingston Estate, creating a secure community for all residents and visitors.  With monitored surveillance of the community, as well as managed gate access after-hours, you can have peace of mind around safety.

With the benefits of living within a community of likeminded people comes the convenience of amenities and services right at your doorstep, in one location.  With a community bus located on-site, we’ve got your recreational and shopping transport needs covered as well.

Along with all the benefits of owning your own home, Edenlife Communities has a real focus on creating a sense of belonging, not only just within the lifestyle community, but also within the wider Australind community.

Looks like a home, feels like a holiday

The rural feel along with the estuary, beach and bushland all come together to create a real sense of being on holiday.  Even with all of this to enjoy, you’re still close enough to Bunbury (15 minutes) and Perth (around 1 hour 45 minutes).

Take a short drive down to the estuary for recreational fishing or boating, make a 15 minute drive on the community bus to the large shopping precincts in Bunbury with your friends or take a day off at the Bunbury Golf Course.

Edenlife Australind is conveniently close to a number of wonderful experiences.

The clubhouse - the heart of Edenlife Australind

Just a short stroll away from every home within the community is the 5 star clubhouse, providing modern, resort style facilities to meet the active and social needs of Edenlife residents.  Within the clubhouse, you’ll find the heated swimming pool, gym, library & internet kiosk, cinema, billiards/darts room, arts & crafts room.  The main hall of the clubhouse is the central location for most of the social action – from Christmas dinners, Melbourne Cup lunches, fish & chip nights, bingo, sundowners, card games, the Biggest Morning Tea, AFL grand final in the cinema and everything in between.

But you’ll also find plenty of comfortable spaces to sit quietly with a cup of tea to just enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Community bus

Another much loved feature of an Edenlife community is the bus.  Used for social trips and regular trips to the local supermarket grocery shopping trips, the residents have visited some great places from the Collie Mural Trail, to Ikea, to flower & garden festivals.

Why drive when you can be chauffeured in style.
