Site reservation
Choose your site and preferred home design and secure both with a $500 fully refundable deposit.
Home Sales Agreement
Sign an agreement & prepare your home for sale. A further deposit of $2,000 is required.
Meet the Community Manager
A great opportunity to ask any questions about community life, contracts and the build process.
Review plans
Select colours for your new home and make variations (if required)
Sign off plans
If all is in order, sign off the final plans of your home and pay the final $2,500 deposit.
Pre-settlement
Your community manager will walk you through your new home & show you how it all works.
Settlement
Time to sign the lease and transfer the balance of the home purchase funds.
Move-in day
The big day has arrived! We're here to help make the move as smooth as possible.
