Another week is done and dusted, as we get ready for the grand opening of the Edenlife Clubhouse. With an expecting opening date of the 31st of October 2020, the internal finish of the clubhouse has been moving along nicely. The clubhouse is finally completed with local Busselton business Hatch Home + Style completing the décor inside. A range of couches, chairs, tables and other amazing furniture has provided the clubhouse with a homely, intimate feel. CEO Bill Marshall and Sales Consultant Linda Sunderland accepted handover from Smith Constructions last week.
Along with Hatch delivering and setting up the equipment we also had Orbit Fitness deliver all the fitness equipment, with mirrors and TV’s providing the final touch for the fitness centre. JB-Hi-Fi installed a range of audio and visual gear including 6 TV’s and all accompanying appliances to assist with the cinema, fitness centre, main hall and games room. South West Pool Tables delivered two 7-Foot Pool Tables into our Billiards and Darts room to accompany the BYO Bar, Fridge and Dartboards. With all internal fit-out and handover complete, the next stage of the Edenlife community is the final landscaping of the clubhouse, which commenced last week.
This week saw the commencement of the clubhouse landscaping. This consisted of a variety of rocks, trees and plants all being placed/planted outside the clubhouse. The community garden is also in the early stages of construction with a 20-metre crane lifting in the elevated vegetable gardens. Once this is complete along with the playground, alfresco, BBQ, lawn bowls green and workshop, the Edenlife community will really start to come to life.
Just over the weekend, we had our Pre-Launch Event on Saturday the 26th of September which saw around 30 guests grabbing a sneak peek of the clubhouse while enjoying some light refreshments and nibbles. Along with this Pre-Launch event, Edenlife CEO Bill Marshall discuss all things Edenlife and downsizing along with Linda providing guests with a tour of the 5 beautiful Edenlife display homes.
