First client home arrives

Now that our display homes are all in place, the first of our client homes headed south yesterday and was successfully delivered to site. Will be fabulous to see our first residents in their new homes soon and enjoying what Edenlife has to offer. With the clubhouse making great progress, won’t be long before residents will be enjoying exclusive use of the heated pool, cinema, games room or maybe just sitting by the two way fire reading a good book. Why not book your one on one chat with Linda by visiting our website www.edenlife.com.au. No fluff, just the facts.

Nearly at lockup stage

Our first 4 fabulous display homes are now ready for small group or individual tour. Now all fully furnished, the presentation of our homes demands at least a visit to view. The homes are finished to a very high spec, not just because they are display homes but that is the standard high spec for all homes. Stone bench tops, window furnishings, high ceilings are just the start. As a backdrop to our displays, the magnificent clubhouse along with community facilities such as the bowling green, are now well and truly taking shape. The clubhouse is now almost at lock up stage with the final sheeting on the roof to be completed this week, weather permitting.

The perimeter fencing to provide a high level of security is well advanced with all of the brickwork now complete in readiness for the anodised inlays. Our automatic gates are under construction and we hope to have these installed in a  few weeks. Once installed, gates can be opened after hours with a confidential code activated via your mobile telephone, while you remain safe and secure within your vehicle. We have tried to think carefully about resident safety when designing and managing our communities and Australind is no exception.

Edenlife Australind development update 17th April 2020

Despite with all of the recent challenges, works at our Australind site are progressing pretty well. With all of the display homes in now, we are turning our attention to complete the gardens, landscaping and security fencing. Our clubhouse continues to progress well with the roof sheeting works now underway. Other community facilities are scheduled to commence soon.

We are open for private viewings and appointments

Even with all of the recent events surrounding the COVID-19 virus, we can reassure you there is no need to put your plans on hold.

We can arrange a personal tour to view our beautiful display homes while looking after your health.

If you feel more comfortable with a virtual tour, we can also arrange to catch up via a video chat and have a private virtual tour from the comfort of your own home.

Call Linda on 0499 444 279 to arrange a suitable date and time.

Four display homes in, one to go!

Four display homes in, one to go!

Our display homes are going in nicely, no cranes needed. The roofs need to be completed (i.e. constructing the final portion of the pitched roof) on some of the homes, hence the temporary flat top portion.

In the foreground, the construction of the clubhouse is going gangbusters with the external portion of the brickwork underway, following completion of the internal brickwork.

Fencing in the background is also taking shape with the landscaping about to commence, as soon as we have the site connected to the bore.

Our builders, TR Homes and Smith Construction, are doing a great job.

Delivery of the display furniture in our first display home is scheduled for 26 February 2020 and the home will be open for viewing shortly after.

Workshop/hobby shed underway

Workshop/hobby shed underway

The workshop/hobby shed and recycling centre is now well underway with the framing work complete and ready for the external sheeting and pergola area.

The workshop/hobby section will include a diverse range of tools for the community to use to make, repair, construct and perhaps express your creativity.

Adjacent to the workshop are two large bays so caravans and boats can be washed down, repaired and prepared for that break or day out. This is one big shed!
